Park and Festival Location
Golden Gate Park in San Francisco
The festival will take place in and around the Polo
Field, Speedway, and Lindley Meadows. An exact map of
the grounds (including entrance and exit points) will
be released and posted to this site in the coming weeks!

Tickets
All ticketing information, including VIP tickets, can
be found at www.sfoutsidelands.com.
Pending availability, tickets will be sold on show
days at the festival’s main entrance near Speedway
Meadow.
Tickets will provide access to entire festival area.
Getting to the Festival
NOTE: With extremely limited parking
inside the Park and in surrounding neighborhoods,
we encourage you to take public or alternative means
of transportation.
Public Transportation (within San Francisco)
Muni provides multiple lines to Golden Gate Park from
all over the city. A map of all Muni lines can be found
www.511.org.
Public Transportation (outside San Francisco)
Coming from the East Bay
• Option 1
1. Take BART to Powell Station (rates vary from location)
2. From Powell Street and Market Street, take Muni Bus #5 to 25th Avenue and Fulton Street
3. Enter the Park
• Option 2
1. Take the AC Transit Transbay Express or F Line across
the Bay Bridge
2. At Transbay Terminal, take Muni Bus #5 to 25th Avenue and
Fulton Street ($1.50)
3. Enter the Park
Coming from the North Bay
• Option 1
1. Take Golden Gate Transit Bus #70/80 to Golden Gate
Bridge Toll Plaza
2. Board Muni Bus #28
3. The #28 will take you into Golden Gate Park
• Option 2
1. Larkspur Ferry/Sausalito Ferry to SF Ferry Building
2. Walk along Market Street to Metro Embarcadero Station
3. Take Muni Line N to 19th Avenue and Judah Street ($1.50)
4. Walk north on 19th Avenue to Golden Gate Park
Coming from the South Bay
• Option 1
1. Take Caltrain to San Francisco Station (the end
of the line)
2. Take Muni Line N to 19th Avenue and Judah Street ($1.50)
3. Walk north on 19th Avenue to Golden Gate Park

By Bicycle
Enter the Park at the 30th Avenue and Fulton Street entrance.
Make a left, and you'll see Marks Meadow, where you
can park your bike.
The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition will be providing
complimentary Valet Bike Parking service at Golden
Gate Park. Think of it like a coat check for bikes—you
don’t need to worry about the safety of your
bike while you're out enjoying the music, just park
your bike in the morning and then turn in your claim
check when you’re heading home. Additional bike
racks will be set up around the Park for you if you
bring your own lock.
By Foot
If you're entering the park from the South, you can
enter at 25th Avenue and Lincoln Avenue. Go to your left and
bear right onto Middle Drive. There, you'll be able
to access the south gate of the festival. You can also
enter at 19th Avenue and Lincoln Avenue and cross over on Transverse
Drive to Speedway Meadows. This will also take you
to the south gate of the festival.
If you're entering the Park from the North, you can
enter at 30th Avenue and Fulton Street and enter straight
into Lindley Meadow. You can also enter on 36th Avenue
and Fulton Street and enter at the north gate by the Polo
Field.
What You Can Bring

• Two factory-sealed water bottles up to 1
liter each
• Empty Camelbak or other empty plastic container
(i.e., Nalgene bottle)
• Ice in soft-sided cooler or Camelbak - no
large bags allowed
• Binoculars
• Personal cameras (i.e., small digital cameras
or point-and-click 35mm cameras) - cameras with any
type of detachable lenses are prohibited

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
• Framed or large backpacks
• Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the festival)
• Glass containers of ANY kind
• Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized
vehicles
• Bicycles inside festival grounds (bike racks
are available Marks Meadow)
• Fireworks
• Explosives
• Instruments
• Laser Pointers
• Umbrellas
• Strollers
• Picnic Baskets
• Non-collapsible chairs
• Lawn Furniture
• Large or Hard-sided coolers
• Tents
• Pets (except service dogs)
• Video equipment - no video recording will
be allowed
• Professional still camera equipment (no detachable
lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
• Audio recording equipment
• No illegal vending is permitted - no unauthorized/unlicensed
vendors allowed
Access Options
Service animals trained to assist disabled persons
will be allowed into the festival. There will be
a raised platform viewing area for persons with disabilities.
One companion is allowed onto the platform area.
Food Options
Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan
options) and drinks will be available on-site. More
information about the food vendors and options will
be released in upcoming weeks.
Security/Safety
Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment
for all festival attendees. To ensure this, there
will be on-site security provided by local police
and private security companies. If you're experiencing
any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff
member, security guard, or police officer.
Medical
Rock Medicine will be on-site to help you with any
type of medical problem. If you need assistance,
go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer
or festival staff member. Rock Medicine has been
providing medical services at concerts for 35 years.
Lost and Found
If you lost something while at the festival, check
with the Lost and Found, which will be located inside
the Information Booth. The Information Booth will
be marked on the map you receive when entering the
festival.
ATMs
There will be a number of ATMs located at the festival.
Their locations will be marked on the map you receive
when you enter the site.
